what's next to repair? thermostat just replaced. when accelerating blows hot, take foot off gas cold air blows
Ihave a problem my 2003 eclipse blows cold air at idle,hot air when the peddles down. changed thermostat?
could also be a faulty water pump, or low coolant/antifreeze level.

Two things come to mind...either air in the system that is trapped and needs to be bled out, or there is some type of restriction to flow through the heater core.
Low Coolant, Bad Radiator Cap, 90% water! Should 50-50 Clean Water %26amp; Anti-Freeze, Change Coolant, Water Pump Going Bad, Bad Belts, Partly Clogged Heater, Back Flush!
