I changed the thermostat and now the furnace does'nt want go on. When it does it blows cold air?

Sounds like you wired something incorrectly. If you have a 2 wire system the wires would go on the %26quot;W%26quot; and %26quot;R%26quot; terminals, and it doesn't matter which wire goes where. If you have a 4 wire system, the wires are usually color coded Red, Green, White, and Blue (or sometimes yellow) Red is power, Green is your fan, White is heat, and Blue or Yellow is the A/C. Your terminals should be R, W, G, and Y (red, white, green and yellow). Wire each color to the corresponding letter. Sometimes there are two %26quot;R%26quot; terminals and one is marked with an %26quot;h%26quot; (heating) and one with %26quot;c%26quot; (cooling). If you have both %26quot;R%26quot; terminals and have central air conditioning that is attached to your furnace system, the red wire needs to be attached to both these terminals. If your wiring is correct and you still have a problme, then it is time to call a service man.

first do you have 4 or 2 wiress???did you get a thermostat thats for your unit???if everything is correct...make sure you wired it per the instructions...sounds like a stupid question, but do you have it on heat or cool???check pilot, if all is right, you have another problem
I'd recheck your connections. Sometimes when you attach the t-stat to the wall wires become disconnected if not attached 100%.
